Shipping Policies

Calmar Campus Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 2-4 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

You may obtain a full refund on new and used books for books purchased during the current term one week after the term starts providing the following criterias are met. After this date refunds will be given on a limited basis at manager's discretion.

1. You must present a cash register receipt or financial aid voucher showing the correct dollar amount of purchase.

2. New books must be in absolutely new condition, with no marks, soiled spots, creases, scratches, etc.

3. Shrink-wrapped books must have wrap attached and unbroken, any disks or CD/DVD's must be unopened.

Supplies are non refundable.

Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to Calmar Campus Bookstore. Please insure and track your package. Returns to Calmar Campus Bookstore will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment unless a different payment option was selected. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 2-4 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card or account. It normally takes 4-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
